This comprehensive wellness program takes advantage of the summer attractions of Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture.While Hakuba Village is internationally known as a winter ski resort, this project proposes a summer program that combines the spectacular natural environment of the Northern Alps with traditional Japanese culture to regenerate and revitalize the body and mind.It offers a uniquely Japanese healthy experience and a deep connection with nature for the international wellness-minded traveler.

Highland Yoga and Meditation Sessions – held during early morning and evening hours with the Northern Alps in the background
Forest Therapy Trekking – Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) experience in the Hakuba forest with a certified guide
Alpine Herb Collection and Herbal Medicine Workshop – Learn about local wildflowers and experience their traditional uses
High altitude training program – special high altitude acclimatization training for athletes (optional)
Mountain Biking Therapy – therapeutic biking courses for beginners and advanced riders
